Spoiled: Glitter Sandwich Skittles

I tried something a little different and I'm not sure how I feel about it. I did a glitter sandwich/candy mani/whatever insert name here. I started with Wet N Wild French White, followed by different Spoiled glitters: L to R: Trust Fund Baby, Pet My Peacock, Jewelry Heist, Shuffle The Deck.
I then added a coat of Essie Marshmellow over the top which is a white jellyish polish. I do like Pet My Peacock and Trust Fund Baby as sandwiches but the other two I'm not feeling. Jewelry Heist is great on its own and has iridescent glitters in it so I think I'd like that better than the jelly effect. I do however like the idea of a candy mani that has different glitters.. a skittle candy  mani I suppose. I need to find a smaller glitter that lays flatter for this I think and I'll probably like it more because my nail won't be so thick. So ya, thoughts?

  1. I love those glitters! I got some in a swap and cannot wait to try them. I like the sandwich mani and how the particles appear like pastel colors.

  3. I like Jewelry Heist best in the sandwich because it reminds me of an everything bagel, in a good way...maybe I'm just hungry.

  4. Great swatches! I love all these glitters, Wet n Wild did a fantastic job with these glitters! I wish the brushes were a bit smaller though!

  5. Love glitter sandwiches - esp done with white jelly of late. Fun to use skittle glitter version here. I am going to try this one - esp since I have Marshmellow.

  6. I'm not a massive fan of glitter sandwiches, although I love how the glitters look frozen! So I prefer to just put a matte top coat over chunky glitter.

  7. I LOVE Trust Fund Baby! The sandwich is interesting, but I love the look of the glitters over the white base better.
