well, even though the US is out of the World Cup, you can still seek out the NYC and Sally Hansen collections that are Brazilian themed (shout out to all my Brazilian followers, your team is exciting to watch this tournament)... I have a few combos for you today.. Individual swatches and final thoughts all after the jump!
Red, white and blue hex glitters in a clear base, shown over Carnival Red.
A perfect cool red, two coats and it dries quick, much appreciated.
A warm yellow with really great shimmer throughout so it doesn't fall flat- 2 coats.
Red, black and white glitters in a clear base over Copabanana
A medium violet creme that's really pretty, I color adjusted to show true hue.
Lime, yellow and turquoise hex glitters in a clear base over samba.
A cantaloupe creme with a hint of shimmer, 2 coats and again with fast dry time.
Black, blue and turquoise hex glitters in a clear base
A perfect coral creme, 2 coats and a quick dry time!
These two collections (there's more in the collections) seem to be pretty great. The formulas in both are good, the NYCs dry fast and have lots of pigment. The Sally Hansen glitters are dense enough that you don't have to double dip too much to get the glitters (out of habit I do though).
The last one I have is from the Sally Hansen Color Frenzy and it's named Red, White and Hue and it's a topper! I put it over a nude from the OPI collection and I really like this look. This line has all different glitters that you can layer or wear alone.
