OPI: Chocolate, Glow and art

I've been experimenting with nail art tape lately.  So I decided to lay down one coat of OPI's Chocolate Shake-speare which is a beigy.brown/red undertone shimmer that is pretty darn opaque for one coat! This was a quick snap taken under my natural lamp.

Then I added 2 coats of the glitter bomb known as Glow Up Already from the Burlesque collection.  This gold glitter is so pretty.  It has mainly gold glitter with appearances by silver, red, blue, green.  It's quite complex and shiny :)  It applied like any other glitter, grainy and thick yet oh so beautiful.

So here comes the artsy experiment part.  I took the nail art tape and taped off some of the glitter bomb.  I decided I wanted to try different patterns in the same mani... which is your favorite? I really like the pinky as an alternative to a french mani but the diagonals are awesome too.  I covered it with Wet N' Wild Black Creme, one coat was all that was needed, and topped off with SV to get the mega glassy shine! I like this combo overall, I need to get better at the placement/straightness of the taping but it's quite stunning in person!
