Orly: Space Cadet

Say hello to duochrome-y sparkle goodness!  Space Cadet is from the Cosmic FX collection that came out in September 2010.  It's described by Orly as "Green with purple gold FX".

Let me tell you a little about what "FX" is.  From Orly: The MineralFX technology includes specialty mica, that allows for a clearer, vibrantly bright lustrous shimmer.  Crystals allow for a multi-dimensional color transformation.  This combination infused with the Silica and specific colors selected create this exclusive technology that gives nails a unique optical effect that's magnified as the lighting source intensifies or viewing angle changes.

Basically what this means is awesome chameleon glitter duochome-y radness! I used 3 coats, but it's opaque in 2; I just got addicted to the color shift.  The formula has glass, rock minerals and crystals in it and I think that's why it's so shiny/reflective.  It really is eye catching, I couldn't stop staring at Space Cadet.  It looks like a different polish from every angle.

This was a limited edition collection, I hope you got yours! I also have Haleys Comet from this collection which I absolutely love to the point of rationing it out.  I also have It's Not Rocket Science that I'll swatch for you from this collection as well.  This polish is a huge eye catching win.
