Monkey See Monkey Do Monday: OPI Nail Lacquer Apps- Peacocks

For this week's Monkey See Monkey Do, I decided I wanted to  combine it with a review. OPI sent some great nail lacquer apps and I chose the peacock to show you. Beauty Junkies has a great post about how they go on, but basically it's real nail polish, so it goes on like the Sally Hansen Salon Effects etc. They were super easy to do and I'll  give you some tips.
Some tips for putting these on: have warm hands because the apps will be more pliable. be sure to rub the app down fully (I use a rubber cuticle stick), then lightly take a file and file downward to remove the excess. I really love this print but I never stamp with the image facing me, I always do it facing the tip of my nail so it took me some getting used to. The cool thing about this is, I top coated it and it was still rocking at 4 days in even after doing housework and normal wear and tear type activities. You don't have to top coat it, but I felt that it would help seal the edges so that they didn't get caught on anything.
Here are the rest of the designs, and the press release. Pretty awesome, really digging these apps. Well played OPI.

Pure Lacquer Nail Apps are available at Professional Salons, including Beauty Brands, Beauty First, Chatters, Dillard’s, JCPenney, Pure Beauty, Regis, Trade Secret, and ULTA, for the suggested retail price of $11.95.
