Halloween Nail Art Contest!!! - prizes shown!

Hi Monkeys! I wanted to try something new for you guys so instead of a regular boring giveaway, I thought I'd give you a better chance at winning some swag.  Halloween is one of my favorite times to do nail art! It's really the beginning of the holiday season so you start seeing tons of inspiration and momentum. The rules for the contest are HERE (and below the jump). I will have ordered some great prizes and will post them once they arrive but think nail art supplies and fall colors :) Something different is there are *2* categories: freehand and not so freehand. I've always avoided nail art contests because there's only one category and freehand nail art is amazing but.. you can either do it or you can't (and I'm not an artist!). Have a go at it and I'll post prize pictures as soon as they are delivered!
EDIT- most of the prizes are here, some are questionable but I wrote them in :) The good stuff is in the picture tho:) The person with the most votes will get their choice of which prize bundle they want.

The Manicured Monkey Halloween Nail Art Contest Rules!

There are 2 categories: Freehand and non-freehand. If your manicure has the majority of freehand art in it, then it falls under “freehand” same rules apply for “non-freehand”.

Must be original design: The manicure and its images must be original and authentic for this contest: It cannot have been used in a blog post/guest post/nail art contest or any other forum before. You can post your manicure to your blog/facebook/etc linking back to the contest page only AFTER voting begins.

Quality Pictures: Photos must be at least 800x600 pixels and clear so readers can accurately judge your manicure. Please do not have watermarks covering your nail art.

DEADLINES: (subject to change at my discresion)
-Submit your manicure between 9/11 to 9/23.
-Voting will begin as soon as I can get the manicures up and ready for voting via google doc poll (depending on how many entries are submitted, I may be able to get it done within a day or two or within a week). I will post on my blog AND facebook when manicures are ready for voting.

Voting: You must be a follower of www.manicuredmonkey.com to vote via google poll.
- A contestant may not compensate a person for voting  (ex: giving extra entries to a giveaway, bribes, rewards, etc). You may however, advertise your entry once it is ready to be voted on and rally your friends to vote for you!

Submitting your entry:
- email your picture to: manicuredmonkey@gmail.com
- subject of email should read “Halloween Nail Contest (freehand/notfreehand)” (tell me which category)
- please include a website/blog in email if you have one

    Hey im Becca n i really looking forward to entering ur contest!! Few questions.. Can i brighten the picture?? Can i do it on acrylic nails?? Does it have to be on both hands?? Thanks cant wait for u to see my awesome designs!! :)

    Hi Rebecca, you can do acrylic nails and it just has to be a minimum of 4 nails (so you could do a swatch type picture and that'd be fine). You can brighten the picture as well
