Essie: Bobbing for Baubles

I have a new Essie for you today, I love this one! Essie's new Cocktail collection for Winter 2011 is quite impressive. This great color is Bobbing for Baubles, a deep navy with gray undertones. It was opaque in two coats and doesn't dry super shiny, so as always, use a top coat. By the way, this did not stain my nails and I had it on for a few days. I wanted to try a new stamp over it so.... I did a fan design and used a dotting tool with Color Club Worth the Risque. I love that you could see the holo on the dark background. I'm not super crazy about the design and it is rather hard for me to angle at the same degree.  Of course my right hand looked even worse LOL ... I had to stop looking at it or else I would have had the urge to completely redo the mani.  It was a decent mani for being done in a hurry on my way out the door but if I had somewhere special to go, I would have chose a different design or tried to make these into seashells. I have a few more from this collection I'll be showing you soon.

  4. Looks great. I had to let this Essie Winter collection grow on me. The only one that my eye went right to was the red one, but now I want the red, this one and the teal one I think. Cannot wait for their Holiday to hit!
