Loving today's theme of White Christmas. I decided to do an icicle mani. I did two coats of OPI Unfor-greta-bly Blue which is a deep blue that has a hint of shimmer. I used OPI It's Frosty Outside which is a textured polish and applied it with an art brush. I saw a similar mani on Pinterest but it was upside down and a thin french tip. It looked upside down to me so this is my interpretation of it :) Enjoy!
