Skin Food: Red and Stamping

This is a polish that is an amazing red! It's Skinfood.. um... red. This was another mani that I did for a friend and I think she ended up liking it ;-)

I used ONE coat of Skinfood red... we'll just call it that because I don't understand the language on the back of the bottle.... ONE coat!!'

It's a rich rich red that has a little shimmer to it. She wanted me to stamp using a Mash plate. The design is quite complicated but looks ok, I have never used this design before.  I stamped using Sally Hansen Celeb City for some extra bling and sparkle.  Then I added rhinestones to the center of the flowers to try to make them stand out a bit in the busy pattern.

Here's a close up, it was so shiny my camera was tripping out a little so it's out of focus.  Looked great on her though!

  5. The gold over the red is very pretty. It does remind me of Christmas wrapping paper I had once.

  6. Really pretty. The bottle in your hand looks like a bottle of Tabasco sauce! This red for me is coming up a lot more brown/red than any Christmas red.
