China Glaze: Midtown Magic

China Glaze Midtown Magic I picked up after a recommendation from a friend to check it out.  It’s an amazing fall color: rich, brown, gold flecks, beautiful! This is from the Metro Collection as well: China Glaze Fall 2011.

I did 2 coats and it was opaque and not streaky.  It reminds me of a brown that’s a cross between coffee and chocolate.. YUM! As I have mentioned before, many times, I am a huge fan of gold shimmer/sparkle/flecks because it usually adds elegance and sophistication to a polish while making it more eye catching.

I have no top coat over this and you can see how glassy smooth it is. I really love when the flecks look like they are under glass, it’s beautiful.  This would be a great alternative for the boring fall brown crème to spice things up.  Out of the ones that I picked up from the Metro Collection and have tried, this is my favorite.

  3. It reminds me of Teasy Easy I think it was called from the OPI Burlesque collection. My bottle of this is on it's way from a friend who gets them cheaper than I can buy them.
