Milani: Bella Blue (nail polish)

 Milani has a great line of blue hues (polish, mascara, lipstick) out this month... get them fast, they're limited editions! First up I have Milani Bella Blue for you. Soak it in. This is two coats with no top... it's that glassy. It's a blue that shifts to dark blue then to purple, the little flecks are amazing. Even though this has a black base to it, you can still see the colorful flecks. I'm a fan of Bella Blue for sure. It's available at Walgreen, Kmart, and Fred Meyer stores this month.
